Broccoli Salad
Crispy bacon and fresh broccoli gives this salad crunch!

Ingredients

bunches |
broccoli (large bunches), stems removed and separated into bite size pieces

| 1 |
lb. |
bacon, cooked and crumbled
|
|
|
| 1/2 |
cup |
raisins
|
|
|
| 1/2 |
cup |
red onion, chopped
|
|
|
| 2 |
cups |
mayonnaise
|
|
|
| 4 |
tablespoons |
vinegar
|
|
|
| 1/2 |
cup |
sugar
|
|
|
Directions:
Place broccoli, bacon, raisins and onion in large bowl.
Combine sugar, mayo and vinegar and pour over broccoli mixture. Toss together.
Serve immediately or refrigerate.
